As a Level IV qualified Instructor Trainer, her work is grounded in the authentic lineage of Romana's Pilates International, ensuring that every element of the method is taught with precision, integrity and purpose. Her approach balances technical rigour with a supportive, encouraging environment, enabling each trainee to build confidence, refine their skills, and develop their own teaching voice.
