Lou is owner and founder of The Pilates Studio, Devon. She is a level IV Romana’s Pilates Teacher & Instructor Trainer trained in the fully comprehensive method of Pilates. She completed her apprenticeship hours at Kinetic Pilates with Rebecca Convey and was certified by Marjorie Oron of The Pilates Studio in The Hague.
Lou is dedicated to providing top-tier private and small group training sessions. Her mission is to guide individuals towards moving more efficiently, resulting in whole-body strength, vitality and energy!

Nicki is a level V Teacher, trained under Romana Krysanowska, a direct student of Joseph Pilates, giving her teaching a strong connection to the original Pilates method and its rich tradition.
With over 20 years of experience, Nicki has taught internationally in New York, Vienna, Brisbane, and London, bringing a depth of knowledge and a thoughtful, personalised approach to every session.
Originally a professional dancer with the Vienna State Opera, Nicki’s lifelong passion for movement continues to shape her work today. Her background brings precision, grace, and attention to detail, helping clients build strength, improve posture, and move with greater ease.
Nicki teaches with warmth, expertise, and the discipline of a dancer — supporting you to feel stronger, more aligned, and more confident in your body.
Jas is currently completing his Romana’s Pilates apprenticeship with Kinetic Pilates. Jas is passionate about helping others stay mobile, active, and pain-free. He understands the importance of movement not only for physical health, but for mental wellbeing too, and is committed to supporting clients in feeling their best.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to build strength and resilience, Jas has seen first-hand how Pilates can transform quality of life through improved posture, mobility, and confidence in movement.
Jas holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science, bringing a strong foundation of knowledge and a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to his teaching.
