Your Introduction to the Pilates Studio
This 10 session (1 session = 1 hour) introduction to The Pilates Studio is ideal for all new clients, especially those wishing to join Total Studio Classes. It includes an introduction to the entire Pilates Studio and all its apparatus, private training and individual goal setting.

We offer a range of class packs and memberships
Memberships:
memberships are based on 4 weekly rolling automated payments. Our membership entitle you to 42 sessions over the course of 52 weeks to use in a regular weekly session, allowing you to take holiday at any time throughout the year.

*Hourly prices equate to £53 per hour private rate / £26.50 per hour semi-private rate / £24 TSC rate / £20 GEC rate
